"Firstly I would like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation last night.
I always knew I loved my job but now I know why I love my job.
I found last night very inspirational, uplifting and reinforcing (Yes I already knew some things :)) - The most interesting thing is how I already interacted with the people in the different dots - the blues are the people I rely on, they listen and acknowledged are the caretakers of other staff.
The reds are the ones I went to get the straight facts (even though I knew this I wanted to make sure) and the yellows well they are the ones I showed forms I had created and the organisation of courses - they would ether say they could see this working or give me another way of looking at it. The only yellow I have is an ability to organise and to finish the job - the others do the rest.
In my over the top excitement last night I missed the gold paper for feedback and felt so strongly about the whole evening and the connection and understanding I now have of myself (something I never quite got from Meyer's Briggs) that I just needed to email."
